NCCPA Certified
Eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status
Clean malpractice/license history preferred
No sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join a dynamic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team.
The Physician Assistant will provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities include managing trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care.
You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Assisting trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support will be key.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team is essential.
You will maintain all documentation and clinical workflows in the electronic medical record.
Practicing autonomously and handling multiple complex tasks appropriately is expected.
Support for quality, safety, and performance metrics of the Trauma Surgery service will be required.
Engagement in professional development and potential leadership opportunities is encouraged.
