What You'll be Doing:
In the Senior Tax Compliance Content Analyst position, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital content strategy. Utilizing your expertise, you will manage content projects, enhance user engagement through analytics, and facilitate seamless collaboration among team members. Your contributions will significantly enhance our brand's online presence and improve user experience.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in tax compliance and a solid understanding of U.S. Federal and state tax laws. This position reports to the Content Manager for the Axcess Advisor team, TAA R&L.
Key Tasks:

Monitor tax law changes and developments within the tax community to identify impactful items for iQ events related to tax forms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, developers, product management, production, and editorial) to develop and maintain CCH Axcess IQ/Advisor. You will need to understand federal and state tax returns and interpret developments (legislation, regulations, court rulings) to assess their impact on taxpayer reporting requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge of CCH Axcess is essential.

Provide advisement on complex and multifaceted projects.

Participate in the development of new products as necessary.

Create and analyze queries in Excel to identify affected taxpayers within Axcess using tax form fields.

Develop ELPs and explanations to inform practitioners about tax developments.

Draft sample client letters for practitioners to communicate tax changes to their clients.

Coordinate content loading to Axcess/AC on a rotating basis across teams.

Assist in content creation related to federal legislative developments.

Review and edit materials from outside authors and support the creation of ELPs for new product initiatives (Advisory Services).

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff.

Expertise in tax planning to create taxpayer impact scores based on recent tax changes and identify savings opportunities.

A CPA designation and bachelor’s degree.

At least three years of experience in tax compliance.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

A solid understanding of U.S. tax legislation and good motivational skills.

Ability to effectively work as a member of a cross-functional team.

Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Proactive troubleshooting skills.

Compensation: $65,200.00 - $113,800.00 USD
