Your Role

In this position, you will do more than alleviate symptoms - you will assist patients in restoring routines, rebuilding their self-esteem, and reigniting enjoyment in everyday activities. From guiding stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to aiding orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, you will offer your fully engaged support to provide person-centered care that fosters resilience and autonomy.

This role is not about ticking boxes or rushed assessments. It's about recognizing each patient as a unique story, with every therapy session acting as a significant chapter in their healing journey. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to create individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to the unique needs of the patients.

Why You Will Love the Team - and the Vibrancy of Augusta

Here, we've created a family-like atmosphere. Our rehabilitation team does not merely show up for work; we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate every success together. This is a place where your contributions are valued, your professional growth is nurtured, and your impact is felt on a daily basis.

And then there's Augusta itself: a city that captivates with its historical significance and dynamic arts. Imagine meandering through serene parks draped with lush magnolias or savoring a weekend at the world-renowned Masters Tournament. The community vibrates with creativity, featuring quaint shops, artisanal food markets, and rich cultural events that engage the local spirit.

Here, culinary enthusiasts can indulge in Southern comfort food while art lovers explore galleries filled with inspiration. Augusta embraces a lively pace where there's room for reflection, connection, and enjoyment of life - whether it's a stroll by the river or attending an outdoor concert.

Your Ideal Fit

If you view occupational therapy as more than just a profession but as a true calling, you may be the person we seek. You should feel a spark of joy when a patient using their hand again, walking with less assistance, or expressing an untold story no longer held back.

Whether you're an established OTR/L with years of experience or a bright individual stepping into the field, you will flourish here by embodying compassion, determination, and a sense of humility. If you are drawn to the prospect of delivering excellent care while embracing a high-quality lifestyle - your place awaits.

Create Lasting Change with Us - Together

This is your call to become part of something that transcends a mere job title. Your work will forge futures, fuel recoveries, and restore lost capabilities. All the while, you'll do so in an area known for its harmonious blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and root yourself in a community that genuinely cares - we look forward to welcoming you into our team.
