Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders: scan barcodes, label boxes, pick products, and prepare shipments.
  • Palletize and re-palletize products for shipment.
  • Operate dock and ground/manual manifest stations.
  • Transport pallets using material handling equipment.
  • Ensure timely completion of duties in line with departmental standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean work area and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Experience Required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Skills & Certifications
  • Effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Proficiency with material handling equipment and RF scanners.
  • Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • General computer skills and knowledge of distribution and QSR processes.
Eligibilities & qualifications
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
  • Capability to operate in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Language Skills: Good communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency.
