Roles & Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound trucks (inter-company deliveries, vendors, etc.).
  • Load outbound trucks (intercompany shipments, off-site warehouse, etc.).
  • Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations using FEFO methodology.
  • Move pallets on the dock.
  • Physically stack/transport product from larger sterilization pallet to regular pallet before moving by forklift to dock.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are safely completed in a timely manner following department standards and procedures.
  • Maintain an acceptable work area as outlined in GMPs.
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to proper operating practices to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  • Perform warehouse associate duties as required.
  • Train new hires on RF functions as required.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work.
  • Wear safety shoes as required for the position.
Experience Required
  • Experience on Cherry picker and/or Reach lift.
  • Experienced in the safe operation of material handling equipment.
Skills & Certifications
  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to concentrate and be on alert at all times.
  • Ability to work well with others.
Eligibilities & qualifications
  • Must be licensed to operate material handling equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, hearing, twisting, lifting, and frequent use of hands.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs in some areas.
Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have good basic math skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
