Your Mission

We are currently seeking experienced, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our family as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle while forging meaningful client relationships. Your efforts will be richly compensated, with some of the industry's most competitive commission rates rewarding you based on the value you generate.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment Processes: From initial intake to the final close.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner: Grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and cultural nuances.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing: Leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS along with your network and tailored communication tools.
- Optimize Our Platform: Effectively managing candidates, tracking outreach, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements: Creating lasting value for clients with corresponding rewards for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership: As we elevate both our brand and yours.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales
- A strong understanding of healthcare principles or a steep willingness to learn-our team is here to assist
- Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers
- Comfortable navigating ATS and CRM platforms (training will be provided for ours)
