Your Role

As a natural-born recruiter, your skillset encompasses the perfect blend of connector, closer, and consultant. We are seeking seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to become part of our team as Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialists. This isn't just a position; it's a launchpad for your career. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and building strong, meaningful client relationships. With some of the highest commission rates available in the industry, your contributions will be rewarded in accordance with the value you generate.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial contact to closure.
  • Act as a Client Partner, deeply comprehending their hiring requirements and organizational culture.
  • Source Candidates Strategically via our proprietary CRM/ATS, in addition to utilizing your own network along with our communications platform.
  • Utilize Our Platform effectively to handle candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that foster long-term value for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate our collective brand identity - including yours.

Who We Seek
  • 2-3+ years of agency recruitment or sales experience
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare sector, or an eagerness to learn; we offer coaching
  • Proven ability at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers
  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM software (we'll train you on ours)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build something lasting
