Pay Info: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Department Highlights:

  • 12 Hour Shifts (Rotating Not Required): 6:30a-7:00p and 6:30p-7:00a
  • Full Time and Part Time hours available
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for FT Hours, $5,000 for PT Hours

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care. Under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Ensuring residents' health, comfort, and safety
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Documenting resident interactions and care outcomes
  • Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
  • Educating residents and families under guidance from RNs or physicians

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; an Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
  • Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board
  • Completion of an IV therapy course is required if position demands IV management skills
  • Will need to fulfill annual continuing education and competency training requirements
