Are you passionate about creating smooth processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Resident Specialist - Leases/Move-Ins. In this position, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to act as the point of contact for new residents from lease execution through move-in.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on all required move-in documentation and collect any remaining funds
  • Facilitate virtual move-in orientations, ensuring residents feel informed and welcomed
  • Send timely and professional communication regarding policies, payments, and orientation materials
  • Track all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail
  • Schedule and coordinate lease completion and signing with residents and leasing agents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service through phone, email, and written communication
  • Work closely and collaboratively with team members across departments
  • Support with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your manager
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service or salesexperience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A valid driver's license
  • Real estate license is a plus, but not required
  • Great time-management skills; you consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-starter attitude: you're proactive, motivated, and ready to take ownership

Additional Information

This position involves:
  • Regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion
  • Routine use of standard office equipment and computers
  • All duties must be performed in a safe and professional manner

This is an office-based position in Charlotte, NC, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours.Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
