Our client is hiring an Eviction Specialist to oversee the eviction process from start to finish ensuring accuracy, compliance, and empathy in every interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure, communication, and problem-solving.

About the Company:

Our client is a tech-driven Single-Family Rental (SFR) platform transforming property management through innovation, transparency, and community impact. They combine smart systems with a people-first approach creating sustainable, financially healthy outcomes for both residents and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Notice to Pay or Quit process and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare, file, and track eviction documents in compliance with local and federal laws
  • Communicate proactively with residents about timelines, payments, and expectations
  • Update internal systems and dashboards to track case status, court dates, and lockouts
  • Collaborate with field teams on occupancy checks and habitability concerns
  • Manage squatter evictions and other complex resident issues
  • Provide professional, empathetic support to residents throughout the process
  • Partner with leadership to report on eviction metrics and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in property management or residential operations
  • Strong knowledge of eviction laws and procedures preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in single-family residential (SFR) property management
  • Working knowledge of Yardi, AppFolio, Entrada, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of accounting and rent collection processes
