  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 4 years of customer service or property/claims management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with Contractor Connection applications, workflows, and reporting systems preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Contractor Connection and Membership Services procedures and processes preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Contractor Connection contractor credentialing deliverables and requirements preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level support for contractor and client inquiries by engaging with relevant parties and researching needed information in specific systems.
  • Perform escalated contractor resolution and effective analysis of program performance reports.
  • Resolve general inquiries and issues for team staff and contractors.
  • Assist in coordinating workflow and overall auditing efforts under the supervisor's guidance.
  • Monitor weekly and daily quality assurance reports.
  • Support various client requests and assist in developing departmental procedures.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor for quality control of reporting and follow-ups.
  • Participate in sending client notifications and assist with escalated communications.
  • Contribute to the creation of team presentations on new procedures and ongoing training.
  • Assist with catastrophe management efforts as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Contractor Connection business model.
  • Engage in special projects or assume duties in other areas as necessary.
  • Uphold and enhance the company’s public image and adhere to the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
