Experienced Service Advisor

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Costa Mesa is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. If you're a customer-focused professional with strong CDJR knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to meet you

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and serve as their trusted liaison throughout the service process
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs
  • Communicate repair timelines, costs, and status updates clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate repairs
  • Build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience (CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products, systems, and warranty processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar)
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual sales, individual gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $5,375.00 - $13,483.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
