As a Restoration Services Technician, you will:

  • Perform essential production processes including demolition and physically demanding tasks.
  • Inventory and stock the work vehicle with necessary equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and set up work areas, making sure all staging and equipment are ready for each project.
  • Follow safety protocols and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the restoration supervisor and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly job site, performing thorough end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.

Requirements:

  • Effective oral communication skills along with basic math and computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or restoration work is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Willingness to climb ladders and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Compensation: $17-20/hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and performance increases.

This franchise is independently owned and operated. All employees are hired by and work under the direction of the franchise, not Servpro Industries, LLC.
