They are known for delivering sustainable and efficient facilities that meet the highest industry standards. As part of their expanding portfolio, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects in Tampa.

Industry Overview:

Data center stream is a specialized field requiring deep knowledge of electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, and operational continuity. These facilities support cloud computing, colocation services, and enterprise IT operations, making reliability and efficiency paramount. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge data centers that meet stringent requirements for uptime, scalability, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage all phases of data center construction projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Team Coordination: Lead teams of engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing challenges.
  • Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data center construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for data centers.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
