Essential Functions:
  • Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Track status of customer bids and ensure data is correct regarding the bids.
  • Update customers on their loads; website, calls, emails, etc.
  • Enter load details in computer system.
  • Collect and save rate confirmations.
  • Update customer information.
  • Proper updating of all Web entered loads.
  • Create and maintain detailed excel spreadsheets.
  • Other assigned duties
Qualifications / Experience / Education:
  • 1 to 2 years trucking experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Excel
  • McLeod experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good phone etiquette and communications skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
