Buyer/Planner - Support Global Procurement at PDS Tech Commercial

We're looking for detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planners to join our team and support procurement activities under the Winter project. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to grow in supply chain and procurement while contributing to critical business initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage global communication with indirect suppliers, including PO or delivery confirmations, receipt acknowledgements, and invoice resolution.

  • Update supplier contact databases and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate PO cutovers and legal entity changes.

  • Work with PO reports, supplier databases, and open indirect transactions.

  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across procurement systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues.

  • Place PRs or confirm GR as per project requirements.

  • Check GR/IR and invoices; lead supplier creation in the database.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related area.

  • Familiarity with procurement systems and supplier databases.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow detailed instructions.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience working with SAP/ERPs or iValua/Coupa.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
