Pay Rate: XX26 - XX28XX (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to support our global procurement operations under the Winter project. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of supply chain or procurement processes and a strong interest in growing within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global communication with indirect suppliers, including Purchase Order (PO) or delivery confirmations, receipt acknowledgements or invoice resolution
• Supplier contact database updates
• Coordination of PO cutovers and legal entity changes
• Work with PO reports, supplier databases, and open indirect transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across procurement systems
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues

• Place PRs or confirm GR as per project requirements
• Check GR/IR and invoices, lead supplier creation in database
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related area
• Familiarity with procurement systems and supplier databases is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow detailed instructions
• Experience working with SAP/ ERPs or iValua/ Coupa

Additional Information:
• Interview Format: Microsoft Teams

TIME KEEPING
Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting.
