As a Full-Time HVAC Estimator at Ambient Comfort, LLC, you'll enjoy a steady, full-time schedule dedicated to planning, designing, and executing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial projects.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC ESTIMATOR:
Every day as an HVAC Estimator at Ambient Comfort, LLC is an opportunity to shape the future of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your day starts with meticulously planning HVAC systems, factoring in the layout of buildings, energy requirements, and environmental regulations. You'll collaborate with top-notch engineers, architects, and industry professionals to craft innovative HVAC designs that stand out. This is where your expertise shines, as you meticulously calculate HVAC loads for homes and commercial structures.
In the midst of it all, you'll manage budgets like a pro, skillfully estimating project costs, and ensuring we have the right materials, labor, and equipment. As an integral part of our team, you'll oversee project installations, ensuring they align with your meticulous designs and meet stringent safety standards. You'll also be there to support our field staff when they need guidance, and you'll perform essential tests to ensure the HVAC systems are functioning flawlessly. From project kickoff to completion, you'll be the driving force behind our success.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN HVAC ESTIMATOR:
- Proven sales experience, especially in business-to-business sales and lead generation
- A solid understanding of commercial service sales concepts
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contact management software, and databases
- Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and related accessories
- An understanding of basic business accounting principles
