We offer this position competitive compensation

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Proven sales experience, especially in business-to-business sales and lead generation
- A solid understanding of commercial service sales concepts
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contact management software, and databases
- Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and related accessories
- An understanding of basic business accounting principles
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES REP - ESTIMATOR:
Your typical day as an HVAC Sales Rep - Estimator at Ambient Comfort, LLC involves meticulous planning and project execution. You'll begin by creating comprehensive HVAC system plans, considering factors such as building layouts, energy requirements, and environmental regulations. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and experts in the field will be a key part of your role as you work on HVAC system designs, including ductwork, ventilation, and heating/cooling units.
In addition to the design aspect, you'll manage project budgets by estimating costs accurately, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment needs. You'll also take on the responsibility of selecting and procuring equipment, materials, and supplies required for HVAC systems.
Your role extends to overseeing project installations, ensuring they align with design specifications and meet safety standards. You'll support field staff as needed and conduct tests to verify that HVAC systems function properly. From project initiation to completion, your expertise will play a pivotal role in our success.
