The Business Development Center (BDC) plays a vital role in connecting all areas of the dealership. Working closely with our Client and Service Advisors you’ll quickly apprehend the inner workings of the automotive industry.

What You Will Do

Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions as well as phone, emails, chat, and SMS/Texting

Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills, assess customer’s needs, and document vehicle concerns

Assist Service and Client Advisors with daily operations

Document repair and maintenance changes

Advise customers on necessary routine maintenance and repair options

Coordinate services with technicians and parts department

Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at one time
