We are looking for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, works independently with purpose, and finds fulfillment in helping others during their most vulnerable moments.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and community members
- Present our restoration services with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and materials
- Represent Restoration 1 at industry events and trade shows
- Track sales metrics and client feedback to improve outreach strategies
- Continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies
- Proven experience in business development or sales (restoration or construction industry preferred)
- Existing connections in plumbing, property management, HVAC, or insurance industries are highly valued
- A natural gift for communication and relationship-building
- Self-motivation and independence with strong follow-through
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a friendly, persistent approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field is a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
