This role drives daily operations while building systems, teams, and production discipline required to meet development and/or stoping targets. The Superintendent ensures alignment with project schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements, and fosters a performance culture grounded in safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 10+ years underground mining experience, including leadership roles.
- 3-5+ years in Superintendent / Senior Supervisor / Shift Boss capacity.
- Proven track record leading UG mining projects through ramp-up or expansion phases.
- Strong understanding of UG mining methods, ground control, ventilation, drill/charge/blast, hauling, and backfill (as relevant).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against schedule, budget, and production targets.
- Working knowledge of mine planning principles and production reconciliation.
- Familiarity with UG mobile equipment fleets and maintenance interface.
