PMO Analyst

The PMO Analyst will support corporate initiatives and projects by assessing 'as is' and creating 'to be', develop project materials, maintain documentation, and communicating with team members. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance project deliverables while applying analytical skills to scenario development.

Additional responsibilities may include:
• Work under senior management and with other team members to enhance the project management process and to develop reporting and analytics tools where applicable.
• Conduct analysis and generate reports on project-related data, performance metrics, project status, budget, and risks.
• Present insights to support data-driven decision-making to PMO VP & C Suite Stakeholders
• Work with project team members throughout various phases of a project from planning to implementation.
• ssist with research analysis to support future scenario work.
• Develop an understanding of the strategic priorities with the business or function, the strategic roadmaps and key problems/opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and implement improvements to streamline work and promote efficiency.
• Draft and send email communications to Business Partners as related to project updates.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or Equivalent Experience
