As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Develop project plans, budgets, and charters for IT initiatives

  • Translate business needs into project plans and agile sprints

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Manage stakeholder communications and facilitate meetings

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and decisions

  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements

  • Introduce new tools and best practices to enhance project delivery

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Demonstrate firm competencies by embodying the attitudes and behaviors that align with our firm goals.

What you bring to the role:

  • Ability to navigate matrixed teams and competing priorities

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development lifecycles

  • Experience in business needs analysis and stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to design insightful metrics for project health and efficiency

  • Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management environments

  • Ability to create process models

  • Understanding of networks, databases, and business intelligence tools

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects of increasing complexity, including experience with waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Smartsheet.
