Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for future opportunities across various departments. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance and support to project team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
