Sales Position

You will be responsible for developing overall territory sales plans, accurately forecasting possible deals for the year and ensuring order volume and revenue targets are met. You will be interfacing with Clinical Specialist, and Service counterparts amongst others to help ensure high customer satisfaction including appropriate involvement with equipment turnover. Your role includes building and maintaining effective relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team. Once an order is closed, continue communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative way, while meeting their needs. Develop and own strategies for customers within the assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets. Ensure order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules for equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers. Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.

You're the right fit if you have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field. You've acquired 3+ years of experience in hospital and capital sales. Your skills include Radiology, Ultrasound and/or Diagnostic Imaging sales experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, preferred. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a customer-facing field role which requires significant travel, including overnights.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $188,000 to $244,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in the designated territory.
