Performance Responsibilities: As a caregiver, you will focus on providing meaningful in-home support services to clients who may be impacted by aging, medical changes, or disabilities. Every shift you work will positively impact the lives of the individuals we serve. We also offer comprehensive training to help you become the best caregiver possible, whether you're experienced or new to the field.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing companionship through engaging activities
  • Offering transportation support for activities and appointments
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Aiding in meal planning and preparation
  • Monitoring clients for changes in condition
  • Supporting medication management
  • Providing assistance with housekeeping tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and up-to-date auto insurance; willingness to transport clients is essential
  • Home Care Aide (HCA) License or ability to complete required coursework
  • First Aid/CPR Certified (must obtain within 120 days of employment; training provided)
