Your Role: As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial part in improving the quality of life for our clients, who may face challenges related to aging or disabilities. You will be provided with comprehensive training to help you excel in this role, regardless of your previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship through engaging activities
  • Assist in transportation for appointments or outings
  • Support clients with daily living activities
  • Help with meal planning and preparation
  • Monitor clients for any changes in their condition
  • Aid clients with medication management
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and updated auto insurance (required)
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) or willingness to complete necessary training
  • First Aid/CPR Certification (to be obtained within 120 days of employment, training provided)
