As a Lead Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of innovative features and solutions, playing a pivotal role in advancing our next-generation B2B marketing platform. Your leadership will be essential throughout the software lifecycle. By collaborating with customers and analyzing key metrics, you will identify new opportunities and shape our strategic direction. You will work closely with product designers and engineers to drive project planning and execution, alongside marketing, sales, and customer teams to ensure successful product launches.

To thrive in this role, you will need to:

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, foster discussions, and achieve consensus on product direction.
• Transform nascent product ideas into comprehensive product requirements and roadmaps that align with our business objectives.
• Lead and motivate product designers and engineers in delivering exceptional products.
• Establish a clear vision for bringing new products to market, utilizing validation, launches, and incorporating customer feedback and iterative cycles.
• Support your team’s success, whether by inspiring them or stepping in to assist with QA, UAT, technical writing, and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the B2B sector.
• A technical background that enables effective navigation of complex technologies.
• A commitment to agile product development, building iteratively toward long-term goals.
• A keen product sense, consistently aiming to deliver exceptional products rather than just functional ones.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with executives, stakeholders, team members, and customers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
