About the Role

We are thrilled to invite a Lead Product Manager to our Platform Development team. This team is integral in managing Homebound's core technological framework and our internal platform, Blueprint. Blueprint is the backbone of our construction lifecycle, encompassing everything from plan development to design packages, procurement, budgeting, and field execution. As we evolve, this platform is becoming an AI-driven ecosystem that connects teams and data across our operations.

In this role, you will steer the roadmap, oversee execution, and establish metrics for the success of the Platform Squad. Collaborating with engineering, design, and operational stakeholders, you will create powerful and intuitive tools that boost efficiency, profitability, and consistency throughout Homebound's processes.

What You'll Do

  1. Own the Platform roadmap and execution: Shape the vision, strategy, and priorities for Blueprint and its associated services.

  2. Lead a high-performing team: Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases, leveraging agile methodologies.

  3. Understand user needs deeply: Work with internal teams across plan development, design, procurement, and construction to identify challenges and translate them into effective solutions.

  4. Draft clear, outcome-oriented product briefs that articulate problems, user stories, success metrics, and market launch considerations.

  5. Conduct thorough acceptance tests on releases to guarantee functionality, quality, and alignment with product goals prior to launch.

  6. Create continuous feedback loops: Collect insights from users, data, and leadership to refine features and prioritize future developments.

  7. Integrate cutting-edge technologies: Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to discover opportunities to automate workflows and enhance efficiency.

  8. Measure outcomes: Establish KPIs for user adoption, cycle time, and margin improvement; employ data-driven analysis to assess results and guide iterations.

  9. Work cross-functionally: Engage stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure that the platform scales with business demands and that features are widely adopted across the organization.

  10. Exhibit decisive and thoughtful leadership: Balance immediate impacts with long-term platform viability while maintaining a comprehensive perspective on trade-offs.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on complex products or platforms serving significant internal user bases.

  • Robust experience leading agile software teams and managing the complete product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps.

  • Strong technical expertise: Comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs, data models, integrations, and architectural decisions.

  • Exceptional product insight and judgment: Capable of balancing user requirements, operational constraints, and business outcomes.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to influence and align partners across various levels.

  • Analytical mindset with a proven history of using metrics to guide decisions and assess success.

  • Experience in or a passion for construction, proptech, or complex operational systems is highly advantageous.

  • A proactive attitude, ownership mentality, and a strong inclination towards action — you achieve results and make informed decisions swiftly, with confidence and empathy.
