Your Responsibilities:
As a Lube Technician, you play a pivotal role in our operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs swiftly and accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by washing windshields, checking tire pressures, and maintaining vehicle safety.
  • Engage positively with customers, offering advice on the best oil and services for their needs.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Assist in shop operations, from opening to closing, while promoting our brand proudly.
  • Add enthusiasm to the shop by occasionally attracting customers with energetic sign-holding

  • A team player with a professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Work Environment:
You’ll be active in a busy shop setting, experiencing various temperatures, sounds, and typical workshop smells. This role demands that you stay mobile and engaged

Physical Demands:

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to multitask, bend, reach, and move rapidly throughout your shift.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time - 8-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday availability.
