Adult Anxiety Counselor/Therapist - Partial Hospitalization Program
Location: High Focus Centers - Lansdale, PA
Salary: $54,000-$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In-Person)

High Focus Centers in Lansdale is a leading provider of specialized outpatient treatment programs for adults. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) helps individuals manage symptoms of anxiety, build coping strategies, and achieve lasting stability through evidence-based, compassionate care.

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Anxiety Counselor/Therapist to join our PHP team. If you're passionate about helping adults overcome anxiety and related disorders in a structured, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily PHP group therapy sessions focused on anxiety management and emotional regulation using evidence-based modalities.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and assist in determining the appropriate level of care.
  • Provide individual therapy and support as part of the PHP and step-down continuum of care.
  • Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Participate in clinical meetings to review client progress, share insights, and ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Support program operations and assist with other clinical or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with completion of a clinically based internship or practicum required. Exposure and Response Prevention training preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience treating adults with anxiety or mood disorders strongly preferred.
