- Salary range: $82,000-$87,000 (annualized)

- Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Own outbound engagement strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Analyze prospect needs and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions
- Represent ISOutsource at industry/community events to build relationships and brand presence
- Meet with prospects and customers locally to lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions
- Create and present customized proposals and supporting materials
- Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Use data to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
- Forecast monthly performance and contribute to revenue planning
- Track and report progress against KPIs with actionable insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A strong customer service mindset and consultative approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- A proven, measurable track record (goals vs. results, revenue, close rate, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc.
- Experience scheduling appointments and presenting to decision-makers
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business development / sales experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
