Residential Roofing Sales Manager

Are you the Residential Roofing Sales Manager who’s ready to take charge of building something BIG? We need a Residential Roofing Sales Manager who:
  • Has 10+ years of experience crushing it in insurance-based roofing revenue.
  • Knows how to greenfield new locations and OWN a market from day one.
  • Can set goals, define KPIs, and hold teams accountable without excuses.
  • Thrives on building teams that perform at the highest level.
  • Believes that what’s under the roof - families, memories, peace of mind - matters just as much as replacing the roof.
This Residential Roofing Sales Manager role is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be the one charting the course, training sales hunters, and driving multi-state growth. We’re talking about creating the playbook, not just following one.
