We are seeking highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing CAT team. These are full-time positions and we offer paid training, competitive benefits and an extremely competitive commission-based compensation with our top producers earning OVER six figures
Our ideal candidate can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify opportunities
- Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM
- Source and develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Maintain customer database
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Attend company trainings
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Ability to travel as needed to support our Catastrophe Action Team in storm impacted cities
