ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant - U.S.
Location: Remote, U.S.-based
Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
You'll work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling ServiceNow solutions, helping prospects envision success through tailored demos, roadmaps, and ROI analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering
  • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations
  • Create solution architectures and value justifications
  • Support RFP responses and proposal development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and integration options
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ITOM, HRSD, GRC, or CSM preferred)
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA and one CIS module) strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
