TLC Nursing Associates, Inc.

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Radiology Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment. The Radiology Tech will work closely with radiologists and clinical teams to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensure patient safety, and maintain adherence to imaging protocols and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized radiographic exams based on physician orders.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment including digital X-ray and PACS systems.
  • Document imaging procedures and patient data accurately within the radiology information system (RIS).
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure diagnostic quality.
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Provide patients with clear instructions and supportive care throughout the imaging process.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography required.
  • State licensure as applicable.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital imaging setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with digital radiography systems and knowledge of radiographic positioning techniques.
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills.
