Bilingual Legal Assistant to join their team.
Job Description: The Bilingual Legal Assistant will provide essential support to Their personal injury attorneys, manage client communications, prepare legal documents, and ensure smooth case progress. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to assist their
diverse client base effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and update case files and schedules
- Assist in preparing for court filings and hearings
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
