A dedicated personal injury firm that provides top-quality legal services to their diverse community is seeking a friendly, professional Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients and help guide them through their initial legalconsultation.
Job Description:
The Bilingual Intake Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, assess client needs, gatheressential information, and schedule consultations for our legal team. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather case details and determine eligibility
- Explain legal processes and services clearly to prospective clients
- Collect and verify client information and document relevant details
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with attorneys and staff
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and professional support
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service, intake, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and attentive listener
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls
- Familiarity with basic computers and CRM systems
