Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Answers calls from clients, solve customer concerns, deliver great customer service.
Maintaining client files, including records of phone calls, emails, and other correspondences between clients and their sales agents
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating with customers through various channels to meet deadlines
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
A property & casualty license or Personal lines license is required to obtain prior to start date.

Salary + Bonus: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
