• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including engineers and technicians.
• Infrastructure management: Oversee the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliability of IT systems like servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Project management: Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Security and compliance: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Performance and operations: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime through proactive maintenance.
• Strategy and policy: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Budget management: Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments and stakeholders to understand and support their technology needs.
