Job Description
  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager / Estimator should have:
  • Strong knowledge of the civil building and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management and estimation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance standards in construction.
