Start Date Is: Mid September
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Compensation Range: $55-65/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c)

Job Description:
Drive and deliver complex IT projects by aligning business objectives with project execution across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closing

  • Track and control project scope, cost, timelines, and quality

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports

  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors

  • Support sourcing and vendor management tied to project delivery

  • Facilitate retrospectives and contribute to process improvement



Requirements:


  • Must-Haves:


    • Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts

    • 3 years managing IT projects

    • Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies

    • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and PM tools

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills


  • Nice-to-Haves:


    • PMP certification
    • Agile certification (CSM or equivalent)
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
    • Background in construction or building industry
