About the Role

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our key partnerships. This position is perfect for a proactive, organized, and innovative sales professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Your mission will be to cultivate robust partner relationships that help us reach more small and medium businesses across the U.S.

What You Will Do

• Build and strengthen referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
• Create and develop strategic networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
• Identify and resolve emerging challenges, providing solutions in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Team up with Partner Marketing to execute innovative initiatives promoting partner sales, such as educational events and webinars.
• Work closely with partners to set business goals and performance metrics, developing effective strategies for market engagement and demand generation.

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and nurturing relationships within the SMB sector.
• A proven success record in a quota-driven sales environment.
• A highly motivated individual with strong relationship-building abilities.
• A resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• A strong inclination to solve operational issues and willingness to contribute hands-on.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, preferably with Salesforce experience.
• A growth mindset and ability to embrace feedback.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in the field three days a week.

Your Compensation and Benefits

The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role ranges from $130,000 - $140,000, which includes a base salary of $70,000 and a variable target compensation of $70,000. Compensation aligns with your skills and experience, complemented by stock option grants for long-term financial growth.
