As a Savings Negotiation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients save money through effective negotiations with service providers. Your mission will be to:

  • Make calls to service providers and expertly navigate their call trees to reach the appropriate contacts.
  • Negotiate lower monthly rates, obtain freebies, and secure enhanced services for our clients.
  • Utilize creativity to identify and implement strategies that maximize savings.
  • Maintain meticulous records of your negotiations, ensuring that providers hold up their end of the agreement while keeping our clients informed.
  • Communicate directly with clients about their savings options and share the good news about the discounts and perks you've secured on their behalf.
  • Contribute to our growth by exploring new negotiation techniques and sharing your insights with the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow negotiators, team leads, and other departments to create the best outcomes for our customers.
