The General Manager plays a crucial role in making the lives of employees and customers better by creating opportunities that have a positive impact on their experiences. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation while cultivating a strong team dedicated to delivering outstanding food and friendly service.

  • Drive profitability by effectively interpreting P&L statements and making necessary financial adjustments.
  • Recruit, source, and develop exceptional team members.
  • Conduct New Hire orientation and create personalized training plans.
  • Minimize losses through adherence to cash handling policies and thorough training.
  • Demonstrate efficiency in labor control, inventory management, and waste reduction.

Empowerment:

  • Enhance team capabilities by identifying strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide developmental opportunities for all team members.
  • Guide team members in exploring personal development and career paths.
  • Exhibit timely and effective coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in sales building, P&L management, recruitment, and training.
  • Proven success in hiring and retention practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • ServeSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Demands:

This position involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout working hours. These physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
