Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary nursing care to residents in post-acute settings.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Document vital signs and assist residents with daily activities including grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents.
• Assist residents with mobility and transportation within the facility.
• Engage with residents to promote comfort and develop trusting relationships.
• Adhere to individualized care plans and follow all relevant policies and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and the care staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification in Maryland.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and medical terminology.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
