- Must be able to read MR, CT, US, and X-ray
Description:
We are looking for locums to provide weekend day shift telemedicine Diagnostic Radiology services.
The provider will be responsible for reading general diagnostic studies, which include MR, CT, US, and X-ray.
Experience in MSK and Body imaging is preferred.
Providers must reside in California or specific other states due to billing regulations.
Credentialing can take up to 90 days before starting.
Shift times are either 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM.
The average daily studies include 75 CTs, 20 MRs, and 200 X-rays between two providers.
The EMR system in use is Cerner, and support staff will be available.
Full-time opportunities may exist in this role.
24/7 IT support is provided.
Workstations will be provided for use during shifts.
The need for this position arises due to staffing shortages.
Clean malpractice history is preferred.
