- Description: Summary: Sierra Nevada DHMF is looking for a Diagnostic Radiology with Mammography biopsy privilegesMust maintain qualifications throughout the entire assignment which includes MQSA Standards for 960 mammography studies interpreted every 24 months.Rates for Submission:Malpractice- Must be included in rates. Orientation- 237.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours"Hourly - 475 - "Per hour not OT"Holiday - 712.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. "Per holiday hour no OT"Schedule/Availability Requirements:Start: January start to work one week every other month. for up to 6-9 months The week will be determined by what the other physician is not working. Schedule amp Shift time: Monday-Friday 8a-4p Any call? NoFacility Location: Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital 155 Glasson Way Grass Valley CA 95945 in Building 4 outpatient buildingSetting: Outpatient ClinicDuties: Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies Required Procedures: Read Mammo PET and perform breast biopsies EMR: CernerSupport Staff: Radiology techs US techs other support staffReason for Coverage: Resignation of RadiologistPACs system: MergeVoice Recognition system: Dragon dictation systemTravel Preferences:Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotelsAir Travel: Local no flights?Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.Credentialing Information: 90-120 days hospital and foundation privileges required. Hospital and Foundation privilegesTimeframe: Requirements:Credentialing with other facilities? NoBilling enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? NoAdditional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:Admissions per day: Patients/day: Types of cases:The average monthly volumes are below. Keep in mind that we have a radiologist on site for mammography 3 days/week.Procedures wire loc biopsy etc: 13Screening Mammos: 225Diagnostic Mammograms: 30Types of Reads:For the IR doc It would include Procedures basic procedures such as thoracentesis paracentesis biopsies drains intro abdominal drains suprapubic catheters nephrostomy tubes etcCT'sX-raysUltrasoundsMRI's They would be asked to read during the day from the list of radiology studies from the emergency department and inpatient. But if there is anything they don't feel comfortable reading they do have the option to send to MRG which is our Teleradiology group. For the Radiologist in building 4We mainly need them for mammography and breast biopsies. If they are able to read PET that would be great appreciated in addition to any other studies CT MRI X-ray US etc
