We’re looking for a Residential Roofing Sales Manager to oversee a talented group of five sales representatives in the Franklin, TN area. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who loves developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding results.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for coaching and managing your team to exceed sales and closing targets. You’ll lead by example, conduct ride-alongs, and help ensure every homeowner receives the best possible service and support. This position requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day involvement—motivating, training, and holding your team accountable for success.

What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and manage a team of five residential roofing sales reps.
Lead team meetings, set weekly goals, and track performance metrics.
Coach reps on one-call close techniques and help them maintain a closing rate above industry standards.
Conduct regular ride-alongs to ensure strong field performance and consistent sales process execution.
Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and customer experience.
Report on sales metrics, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, solar, windows, exterior home improvement, or similar in-home sales industries.
Proven success managing and motivating a small sales team to exceed targets.
Skilled in coaching one-call close sales techniques and driving accountability.
Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership presence.
Tech-savvy with CRM systems, smartphones, and tablets.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel locally for team training and ride-alongs.
What You’ll Get
